Kambisa!OnLine is our internet project, helping people to discover the possibilities of the internet for expressing yourself, showing your talent and sharing experiences with people across the globe.

Why we do this
Internet is rapidly becoming available to more and more people around the world. But a lot of people, especially in developing countries like Zambia, have not been exposed to it and have not yet experienced how it could benefit them personally.

We believe internet offers powerful ways for people to express themselves and connect across the globe, discussing their opinions and issues with others or showing their talents. Exactly what Kambisa! wants to achieve.

Results so far
In 2009 we did our first Kambisa!OnLine project in Zambia, teaching school kids the basics of using the computer and also giving workshops in internet cafés.

Currently we offer a project where school kids in the Netherlands and in Zambia connect over the internet. Making artworks and discussing them on our website they learn about each others lives. Learn more on the special section of our website. (link)
